CTAHR's Good Agricultural Practices coaching program

As the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act gets closer to moving - after the Nov election in whatever form - it is important that CTAHR's Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) coaching program stay connected with motivated, leading agricultural entrepreneurs in Hawaii.

At CTAHR we are ready to help any Hawaii farmer (small and smaller, conventional or organic) that wants to supply fresh produce at this level. We believe that this distinction will eventually be important as the call for more locally-grown food/produce gains momentum. Call us for coaching and please share this with others.

Attending PMA this weekend? Let's talk about putting food safety first in the produce industry.

The LGMA invites you to join the movement to put food safety first! Visit booth #2802, located in the California Grown Pavilion at PMA's Fresh Summit this weekend in Anaheim, California.
The LGMA, California Tomato farmers and California Cantaloupe Advisory Board will all be in one place providing visitors with the opportunity to talk to our members, scientists, food safety experts and auditors to learn more about how to implement mandatory government inspections and be 100% compliant with today's science-based food safety practices.
Also watch out for a special presentation by the LGMA at Saturday morning's breakfast General Session. We hope to see a lot of green wristbands the rest of the weekend!
