What's wrong with this plant?
Appears to be mealybug damage
According to CTAHR entomologist, there are 8 species of mealy bugs that attack tomatoes. They are: papaya mealy bug, pink hibiscus mealy bug, striped mealybug, obscure mealy bug and the Jack Beardsley mealybug. Samples collected and confirmation still pending
